We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel your order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept the return of products. Buyers have the right to return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. To be qualified for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and safe, with all the tags attached to it. You would be willing to pay the shipping cost for Returns.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the return is received and examined, we will send you an email and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or the other method of payment, within a specified amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you didn’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit/debit card company. If you’ve already done all of this and you still didn’t get your refund, please contact us.
